I'm excited to offer you turkeys from my home farm in the swamp on Iradell Road in Trumansburg. It's joy to move these lively dinosaurs in tandem with my laying hens and the new chicken breeding flock. It's a real bird paradise down here, and I can't wait to see where this swamp-orchard-silvopasture goes next.
Open Spaces turkeys are pastured with daily moves and are fed certified organic feed.
Turkeys will be delivered frozen.
Turkeys are estimated in the 15 - 19# range, with potential for larger birds after 11/2.

A $30 Deposit is required to reserve your bird, info provided later in the form.

Eggs from goofy, ranging, fierce chickens from my own Iradell Rd farm, John Stiteler's Laughing Willow Farm in Newfield and Henry and Grit’s Steinhaus Farm [ˈʃtaɪ̯nhaʊ̯s], (Stone House Farm) in Mecklenburg. . We combined forces in order to keep the beauty of small flocks going while growing the CSA.
Birds are day range on pasture and fed organic feed. They are a happy random mix of Rhode Island Reds, Barred Rock, Ameraucana, Silver-Laced Wyandotts, Australorps, Buff & Blue Orpingtons, Leghorns and Araucana Bantams plus mixed breeds based on the Enfield Elementary 3rd grade breeding project and the contributions of the Eve's Cidery flock (bringing in Copper Marans).
Eggs are nest run (ungraded). $7/dzn
Weekly shares, BiWeekly Shares and choose-your-own schedule available.
